I was a landlord for years and I just didn’t have the time for it anymore. So I called Rockytop just to see what I could get for my property. The price I was given was very fair but best of all we closed in 10 days! Took a lot of stress off of me. Thanks again!

Just wanted to start off by saying Rockytop has great people. My home was being foreclosed on and I was behind on my payments. I tried selling the home with no luck at all. Thankfully my sister help me find them online and they got me out of the bind. Now my credit is still good and I have extra cash.
